PREVENTIVE OR RECUPERATIVE MATERIAL FOR CHEMICAL INJURY OF VEGETATION CAUSED BY ACETOLACTATE SYNTHASE INHIBITOR

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injury preventive or recuperative material for preventing or recuperating a plant from a chemical injury caused by an acetolactate synthase inhibitor, solely effective for recuperating or maintaining growth of a plant which suffers, or may suffer, from the chemical injury caused by a herbicide of acetolactate synthase inhibitor type, without causing an effect, such as overgrowth, on a sound plant. PSOLUTION: This chemical injury recuperative material used for preventing or recuperating the plant from the chemical injury caused by the acetolactate synthase inhibitor contains at least one branched amino acid selected from valine, leucine, and isoleucine as a main component and does not contain a nitrogen fertilizer, nor a phosphate fertilizer, nor a potassium fertilizer. A method for preventing or recuperating the plant from the chemical injury caused by the acetolactate synthase inhibitor comprises applying the chemical injury preventive or recuperative material to the plant before, during, or after application of the acetolactate synthase inhibitor to the plant.
