PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by perfectly separating work to be performed by a piping worker from work to be performed by a double-floor constructing worker.;SOLUTION: In a method of constructing water heating type floor heating for a double-floor, a pipe standing fixture 50 is fixed to a floor slab surface 1 in a position where a hot water pipe 62 from a boiler and a hot water pipe 12 from a hot-water sheet 10 are connected to each other. A tip of the hot water pipe 62 is temporarily fixed to the pipe standing fixture 50. Thereafter, a floor bedding 70 as an upper surface floor is formed, and a second opening 74 is formed in a place corresponding to the pipe standing fixture 50. After arranging the hot-water sheets 10a and 10b, a tip of the hot water pipe is drawn from each of the second openings 74 onto the floor bedding 70, and connected to each of the hot-water pipes 12.
