PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taking-out prevention device for an operating lever that can contribute to reducing assembly costs by simplifying assembly work and can contribute to simplifying a machining process by saving relatively high precision machining.;SOLUTION: The anti-dislodgment device is employed in a lever operation part 3 comprising an operating lever 2 operable by direct handling and turnable over a predetermined angle on a rotary shaft 21, a lever holder 22 engaged with a base end of the operating lever 2 to hold the operating lever 2 and fitted on the rotary shaft 21, and forcing means 23 for forcing the operating lever 2 in a predetermined direction.
