PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase precision in measurement of flow rate by an ultrasonic flowmeter and an ultrasonic flow rate distribution meter while minimizing a cost increase.;SOLUTION: In a detector 10 in which a piezoelectric element 11 is attached to a pipe 100 through a wedge 12 and the ultrasonic flowmeter measuring the flow of a fluid 101 by obtaining the speed of the fluid from a Doppler shift frequency of ultrasonic echoes in the transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves to and from the fluid 101 in the pipe 100 by the detector 10, a flow conversion section 25 is provided with a detector constant storage section 27 which stores a specific detector constant of each detector 10. The detector constant uses a value of a ratio (Qs/Qf), wherein the Qf is a flow measured when the detector 10 is attached to a known actual calibration facility, and the Qs is a true (known) flow.
