PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonize a resonance frequency of a coil Z without reducing coil detection performance.;SOLUTION: Two coils A, B having the same resonance frequency are used so as to detect a position and a rotation angle, and one coil Z having a resonance frequency different from the coils and having the resonance frequency common to all packs is mounted in the vicinity of the center of the pack so as to detect a rotation direction.
