PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of environmental pollution and the like by using harmless titanium oxide.;SOLUTION: (1) Titanium oxide is used for deodorization, ultraviolet ray cut-off, and microbial resistance of clothes by being fed into the drum of a washing machine at a rinsing stage. (2) Titanium oxide is used for mildew proof and antimicrobial property by photocatalytic action by scattering of powder and liquid of titanium oxide to bathroom, kitchen, toilet stool, ceiling, wall surface, and floor. (3) Titanium oxide is used for germicidal action or antibacterial action to floating bacteria and various sundry bacteria by the aerial scattering of titanium oxide.
