PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SPDT microswitch of toggle type which takes advantage of a merit of two sorts of driving methods by switching with electromagnetic force while driving and keeping that condition with electrostatic force after switching.;SOLUTION: Low voltage/low electric power ultrahigh frequency SPDT microswitch comprises; magnetic field generation means for forming a magnetic field in a predetermined space; a cantilever 210 positioned in the magnetic field forming space and moving in seesaw movement; a drive lead 211 provided on the cantilever 210; electrostatic force metal plates 216 and 217 arranged opposite to the drive leads; metal plate 213 used for connection provided on both ends of the cantilever; and an input/output lead electrically connected to the metal plate used for connection by the seesaw movement of the cantilever and making a signal of one input lead 202 pass through either one of two output leads 214 and 215.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
