PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which allows easy connection of a testing appliance, when properly using a testing port of gas piping L and prevents easy abuse of the testing port. PSOLUTION: The structure has a valve blockage member 10, with the valve blockage member 10 comprising a mounting section 11SBa/SBmounted to a testing port forming section LSBa/SB, an opening chamber section 11SBb/SBcommunicating with an opening LSBa/SB0 of the testing port forming section LSBa/SB, an opening hole section 11SBc/SBconnecting the opening chamber section 11SBb/SBto the tip side, a valve member 12 urged to block the opening hole section 11SBc/SB, and a mounting female section 11SBd/SBcommunicated with the opening hole section 11SBc/SB; and has a lid member 20, and a plug member. The lid member 20 blocks the opening hole section 11SBc/SB, by mounting a mounting male section 20SBa/SBto the mounting female section 11SBd/SB. The plug member comprises a connection section 31SBa/SB, a mounting male section 32SBb/SB, an opening section 31SBc/SBwhich allows the opening hole section 11SBc/SBto be communicated with a tip opening 31SBb/SBof the connection section 31SBa/SBthrough the mounting of the mounting male section 32SBb/SBto the mounting female section 11SBd/SB, and an actuation shaft 33 which presses the valve member 12 against the urging force. The lid member 20 is mounted to the valve blockage member 10, when the testing port is not in use, while the plug member 30, in place of the lid member 20, is mounted to the valve blockage member 10, when the testing port is in use.
