WATER-PERMEABLE CONCRETE COMPOSED OF MOLTEN SLAG DISCHARGED FROM GENERAL WASTE INCINERATION AND SEWER SLUDGE MOLTEN SLAG AS MAIN AGGREGATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a water-permeable concrete pavement material which is composed of the molten slag discharged after causing the combustion of general waste incineration ash again and the sludge molten slag discharged by causing the combustion of sewer sludge as main aggregate and has high water permeability and compressive strength/bending strength.;SOLUTION: By the method for manufacturing the water-permeable concrete pavement material using the molten slag and the sewer sludge molten slag as the main aggregate, the concrete of zero slump can be produced by kneading 43.7% molten slag or sewer sludge molten slag, 38.7% No.7 aggregate (crushed stones), 10.6% ordinary portland cement, 0.7% hardener (PTT agent), and 3.3% water with a mortar mixer. As a result, the strong water-permeable concrete pavement material of high numerical values in all of the compressive strength/the bending strength/the water permeability can be produced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
