METHOD OF RECYCLING READY MIXED CONCRETE SLUDGE AND RECYCLED MATERIAL OF READY MIXED CONCRETE PRODUCED BY THE SAME METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle ready mixed concrete sludge (from which crushed stone, sand or the like is removed) which has been disposed as industrial waste until now as filler for high fluidity concrete, filler for roller compacted concrete and filler for a pipe jacking construction. PSOLUTION: In the disposal of the ready mixed concrete sludge as residue after the excess of the ready mixed concrete is recovered and crushed atone and sand are recovered in aggregate recovery equipment, the ready mixed concrete sludge is naturally dried, forcibly dried or dried in the combination of natural dry and forcible dry to have 1% water content, the dried ready mixed concrete sludge is pulverized and the pulverized ready mixed concrete sludge is classified to recover sludge powder having 200 mesh grain size as the recycled material.
