PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both side light emitting P.O.P. (point-of-purchase) advertising of an EL light emitting sheet attachable and detachable to an electrical both side light emitting sheet by forming an EL advertising medium using the EL light emitting sheet.;SOLUTION: The thin electrical both side light emitting EL advertising medium of a blanking type is formed by providing the top of the EL light emitting sheet with an advertising section formed by cutting the shapes of characters, figures, pictures, symbols, etc., of advertisement in the form of a chain and laminating and packaging the surface thereof with a transparent film. Small copper plates connected from the EL light emitting sheet are provided with an electrode section and the EL light emitting sheet is provided with the small copper plates which are disposed externally at the EL light emitting sheet to intersect therewith and an insulating section which insulates respectively the small copper plates.
