PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify only a firewall to be traced, and to be access-controlled in real time, and to continue a service to a normal manager during an attack even when there are an unspecified large number of computers at the origins of attack, and transmission addresses are misrepresented.;SOLUTION: When an attack occurs, a manager program obtains the influential range of a failure and the influence level of the failure from a firewall 11 which is the closest to the attack origin, and specifies the firewall whose setting has to be changed by using a meta ball technique. According to the instruction of the manager program, the agent program of the firewall 11 executes the change of setting, and the firewall programs of the firewall 11 and a firewall 12 execute the change of setting.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
