PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account withdrawal management method and an account withdrawal management program for performing account withdrawal according to the intension of a user, and enabling a collecting company to collect a charge amount efficiently. PSOLUTION: When a total amount for account withdrawal exceeds an account balance, a management computer 21 records into an account-withdrawal inability management data storage 23. The management computer 21 then transmits an electronic mail to a portable telephone terminal 10 to notify inability of the account withdrawal. On receiving the electronic mail, the user uses an automated teller machine 30 in a financial institution. When the user is authenticated successfully, the management computer 21 extracts the account-withdrawal inability management data. The automated teller machine 30 urges the user to set a priority order, and transmits data related to the set priority order to a financial institution system 20.
