PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making retrofitting-type reinforcing fitting for connecting the foundation and column of a building together, which can easily connect the foundation and the column together, which can be retrofitted for reinforcement to an existing house, which can be easily mounted even in the presence of a considerable step, which is excellent in mounting workability and construction efficiency, which can bring about desired sufficient earthquake-resistant strength, and which is also excellent in mass productivity.;SOLUTION: This reinforcing fitting for connecting the foundation and column of the building together is used for connecting the concrete foundation 1 with the column 3 which is erected on a ground sill 2 on the concrete foundation 1.
