PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crustal core sampling device capable of collecting a crustal core sample in the state of being coated with an uncontaminated fluid coating material and a collection method for the crustal core sample using the crustal core sampling device.;SOLUTION: This crustal core sampling device comprises an excavating mechanism and a barrel, and the barrel comprises a fluid covering material discharging mechanism. A columnar crustal core portion is coated with the fluid coating material. Also, the crustal core sampling device comprises a drill pipe and an inner barrel, and the inner barrel comprises an inner barrel body, a core elevator, a flow passage forming member forming a fluid coating material flow passage, and a fluid coating material outlet.
