PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform subrogated performance within the range of subrogated performance fund reserved to prevent the management of a secure company from being pressed, and to protect a debtor incapable of payment without forcing loan collection, and to reduce the bad debts of a loan undertaker by performing subrogated performance to the other bad debts whose subrogated performance is not secured in the case of small subrogated performance.;SOLUTION: This subrogated performance system is constituted of an individual subrogated performance fund reserved calculating means 2 which calculates the balance total of a subrogated performance sum calculated by subtracting the first predetermined fee of a guaranty company from guarantee commission for subrogated performance paid by the debtor of each cooperative loan undertaker and a subrogated performance sum paid for subrogated performance for each loan undertaker and an individual subrogated performance decision means 3A which, when a claim for subrogated performance for a debtor who satisfies the first predetermined conditions is made, decides that all the sum is paid when the subrogated performance sum claimed calculated by the individual subrogated performance fund reserved calculating means 2 is within the range of the subrogated performance fund reserved, and decides that the subrogated performance fund reserved is short when the subrogated performance sum claimed exceeds the subrogated performance fund reserved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
