THERAPEUTIC AGENT FOR DERMATOSIS AND COVERING MATERIAL FOR TREATING DERMATOSIS USING CONCENTRATED SOLUTION OF EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic agent for dermatoses or a covering material for treating dermatoses, which is safer, has no adverse effect and is applied for a long period of time, especially a therapeutic agent or a covering material for bedsore and psoriasis. PSOLUTION: The therapeutic agent or the covering material is obtained by using a concentrated solution of an extracellular matrix that is produced by subjecting a human or animal fibroblast to a serum-free culture to give a culture supernatant and purifying the culture supernatant. The therapeutic agent or the like promotes proliferation of a fibroblast and has inhibitory action on proliferation of a keratinocyte.
