PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit card processing apparatus, a credit card processing system and a credit card processing method which can accurately read the image of character information formed by an embossing correctly. PSOLUTION: A printer 10 with an image reading sensor is arranged in a card conveyance path 41 whose surface is formed with a projecting part CA by the embossing, and whose back face is formed with a recessed part CB corresponding to the projecting part CA for conveying a credit card C and an image reading sensor 44 arranged at one part of the card conveyance path 41 for reading the credit card C to be conveyed on the card conveyance path 41. The credit card C is conveyed on the card conveyance path 41 in a state that the surface of the credit card C is faced to the other part of the conveyance path 41, and the back face of the credit card C is read by the image reading sensor 44 so that the credit card image data including the recessed part CB corresponding to the projecting part CA can be generated.
