PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying method capable of solving such a problem that soil water is purified to recycle an ecosystem to make a connection with the cultivation of carps and trouts, biotope related to the recycle of lakes and marshes or rivers is built and that a maintainable technique is requested. PSOLUTION: A system is so constituted that a bowl attached L-type block is made in accordance to the mean water level, a willow is transplanted, it is deep-rooted in the water from a through-hole to form a fishery, water is supplied through a culvert to feed the willow by making preparations for the time of the transplant and the dry season, a weir is built to collect water, a sediment sampling tank is built on this side of the weir, sand and mud are periodically collected by a jumbo after the rise of water to built and maintain the biotope, water is purified to recycle the ecosystem, a floodplain walk road is built by the bowl attached L-type block and that it can be applied to a new fish way and the fishery capable of increasing the strength of concrete blocks for revetment and durability to facilitate the work-execution by a maintenance system, a block connecting side hole attached nut and bolt-like reinforcement.
