PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To streamline an information processing of an intermediate disposer by performing linkage with this invention to register in an EDI system of an electronic manifest (electronic M) or by performing registration to JW by an ASP based on the contract with the intermediate disposer with the EDI system because the operability of linkage, for a final disposal completion report of the intermediate disposer, based on the C/S version or Web version of the electronic M is not preferable when the information processing of the industrial waste is operated with the electronic M.;SOLUTION: A primary M data division/registration means performs division, a component ratio and a calculation execution means divides the quantity, and a secondary M industrial waste type name file storing means creates the quantity and unit divided from the secondary M data and the primary M and issuing date of the primary M and an issuing number list (secondary M industrial waste type name file).
