PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer for fluorometric analysis capable of performing LIF (laser induced fluorescence) analysis simply and highly sensitively and performing photothermal spectral analysis simultaneously and simply, an optical module for the fluorometric analysis, a fluorometric analysis apparatus, a fluorescence/photothermal spectral analysis apparatus, and a chip for the fluorometric analysis.;SOLUTION: A microchemical system 100 as the fluorometric analysis device is equipped with this optical module 100a for the fluorometric analysis, a probe 50 for converging excitation light into sample solution in a passage 204 inside this chip 20 for the fluorometric analysis, and a sample stand 21 for placing thereon the chip 20 for the fluorometric analysis. The optical module 100a for the fluorometric analysis is equipped with a light source 53 for the excitation light for emitting the excitation light having a main wavelength 1, this optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 56 for the fluorometric analysis, a detector 54 for receiving fluorescence having a main wavelength 2, an optical fiber 106, an optical fiber 107, and an optical fiber 108.
