PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make quickly measurable the thermal conductivity of a heat insulation panel without requiring labor and time.;SOLUTION: A standard heat insulation panel G0 is arranged overlappedly on one face side of the measuring insulation panel G1 under a temperature condition different from that in a measuring environment, when finding the thermal conductivity C1 based on the change with time of a surface temperature on the measuring heat insulation panel G1 of a measuring object for measuring the thermal conductivity, a temperature on one face side of the standard heat insulation panel G0 under the condition, a temperature thereunder on the other face side of the standard heat insulation panel G0 that is the face overlapped onto the measuring heat insulation panel G1, and an environment temperature of the measuring environment are measured, and the thermal conductivity of the measuring heat insulation panel G1 is found based on a situational condition where the one-face temperature and the other-face temperature gets close to the environment temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
