PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the equalizing system of a transmission signal which is capable of contributing to reduction of a manufacturing cost or a device cost by enabling conventionally required reduction of the number of processes of manpower or an adjusting time.;SOLUTION: A transmission signal equalizing system applies equalization to a transmission signal to compensate transmission characteristics of a transmission path 3 in transmitting a signal from a transmission circuit 1 to a reception circuit 2 via the transmission path 3. In this system, the reception circuit 2 detects a present amount of equalization on the basis of the reception signal having passed through the transmission path 3, generates an equalization error signal being a difference between the previously set optimum equalization amount for the transmission path 3 and the present equalization amount, and transmits the generated signal to the transmission circuit 1. The transmission circuit 1 controls the equalization amount of an equalizing transmission circuit 11 on the basis of the equalization error signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
