ACOUSTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND ACOUSTOELECTRIC CONVERSION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustoelectric conversion element and an an acoustoelectric conversion system capable of realizing a filtering function and an amplification function for audio signals, by addition of a simple circuit.;SOLUTION: An acoustic sensing element 1 has a diaphragm 14 on which a conductive layer 15 is formed, and a voltage of a desired frequency is applied between the conductive layer 15 and a support board 11 for supporting the diaphragm 14, by a voltage controlled oscillator 50. Consequently, the diaphragm 14 vibrates actively by this voltage, in addition to vibration by acoustic pressure. Vibrations synchronous with the desired frequency strengthen each other, and are converted into an acoustic signal by a photodetector 30 and a signal processing circuit 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
