SPECTRAL DECONVOLUTION METHOD AND SPECTRAL BLIND DECONVOLUTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate pixel data for degrading the calculation accuracy and obtain a calculation result with a reduced error, when spectral deconvolution and the like is calculated.;SOLUTION: A spectral deconvolution method comprises a step 11 of registering an emission spectrum of a used fluorescent label with a computer, a step 12 of acquiring a spectral image of a measured object, a step 13 of recording a spectrum of each pixel in the spectral image to the computer, a step 14 of selecting the pixels, to which the spectral deconvolution method is applied from the spectral image, a step 15 of decomposing an emission spectrum of the measured object to the emission spectrum of the fluorescent label, by using the spectral deconvolution of the selected pixel, and a step 16 of determining a presence rate of each fluorescent label.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
