In order porous membrane olefin polymerization process, to remove reaction heat, at turbulent stage it is operated making use of the liquid which is more than 17.5 percent in recycling fluid. As for ratio of porous membrane density anti- stationary floor density, opposing to the expectation in preceding technology, than 0.59 it is lower maintained.
