METHOD FOR PREVENTING EMERGENCY REPORT BY MISCHIEF, AND EMERGENCY REPORT APPARATUS AND SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of preventing an emergency report by mischief in advance and capable of reporting only a true emergency report to concerned people. PSOLUTION: An emergency report terminal 12 receives an emergency signal transmitted from a mobile terminal 2-1 of a first reporting person via a transmission/reception section 11-1. The emergency report terminal 12 brings the mobile terminal 2-1 to a holding state and transmits a confirmation signal to a mobile terminal 2-2 of a third party resident in the vicinity of the first reporting person. The third party transmits a reply signal denoting the presence/absence of the occurrence of an emergency and the emergency report terminal 12 discriminates the truth of the emergency report by the reply signal. When the emergency report is true, the emergency report terminal 12 informs a conductor or the like about the fact of the arrival of the emergency report and releases the holding state. The conductor or the like grasps the status from the reporting person by way of the mobile terminal 2-1 and takes a necessary action. Further, when the emergency report is false, the emergency report terminal 12 raises a warning to the first reporting person. Moreover, the emergency report terminal 12 may acquire history information of the first reporting person from a report supervisory server 3 and discriminate whether or not the reporting person is a habitual criminal making mischievous emergency reports.
