PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, compact dehumidification rotor, a desiccant dehumidification apparatus and desiccant air conditioner which can perform optimum dehumidification and regeneration treatment by using the rotor.;SOLUTION: The dehumidification rotor 10 has a rotor barrel part 11 with a hollow inside, a dividing plate 12 for dividing the inside of the rotor barrel part 11 into at least two parts, and at least two high moisture absorption fibers 13 packed in the internal spaces of the rotor barrel part 11 divided by the dividing plate 12, respectively. The desiccant dehumidification apparatus 50 has the rotor 10, a geared motor 51 for rotating the rotor 10, air feeding fan 54 for feeding dehumidifying air to the rotor 10, and a regenerating fan 55 for feeding regenerating air to the rotor 10.
