PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve collision safety by improving strength of the vehicle forefront section and preventing division of an underframe and a strut member in collision. PSOLUTION: A plate-like reinforcing member 18 is disposed inside a vehicle a lower portion of a through strut 6 erected on an end terminal beam 3 of the underframe 2 while being directed in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body, a side edge 18a extending in the vertical direction of the reinforcing member 18 is joined to the inside surface 6a at the lower portion of the through strut pole 6, and the lower edge 18b extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is joined to a floor plate 11. Reinforcing plates 17 are laid between the floor plate 11 and the lower surface of the through strut 6 and between the floor plate 11 and the lower edge 18a of the reinforcing member 18. The lower end of a corner pole 4 erected on the end beam 3 of the underframe 2 is extended to the lower surface of the end beam 3 and joined to the end beam 3, and a side beam 8 is joined to the corner strut 4.
