PSOLUTION: The biological information detecting device 104 or the like currently used by the user is specified by a portable apparatus 102 or the like carried with the user and having a first identification code related beforehand to the user. Based on the first identification code, a second identification code is prepared in consideration of information on the kind of the biological information detecting device 104 or the like, and the second identification code is transmitted to the biological information detecting device 104 or the like. The biological information detecting device 104 or the like sets the second identification code as the own identification code and transmits it together with detected biological information data to a data collecting device.
