PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To write patient information or the like of larger capacity in an image film in which a diagnostic image of a patient is recorded. PSOLUTION: This medical image film management system for managing the image film showing the photographed diagnostic image of the patient is provided with a wireless tag attached to the image film, and a wireless tag read/write apparatus for transmitting/receiving to/from the wireless tag attached to the image film, and writing at least one of patient information, checkup information, photographing condition information and film processing information into the wireless tag.
