PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for vacuum forming wire harness that is easy to curve after forming and to provide wire harness formed by the method. ;SOLUTION: In a method for vacuum forming wire harness, which comprises placing a first insulating sheet, either a flat circuit or a normal covered wire, and a second insulating sheet on the vacuum sucking surface 53 of a vacuum forming die 31 in that order, and joining the insulating sheets together through evacuation, a recess 55 in the vacuum sucking surface on which the flat circuit or the like is placed has a two-dimensional configuration, and a number of openings 83 that facilitate curving of the wire harness are formed in the portions of the first insulating sheet which correspond to the curved parts of the wire harness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
