PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TESTING MACHINE OF PLANETARY GEAR SUPPORTING BEARING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance evaluation testing machine capable of simulating in a bench test misalignment occurring in a planetary gear supporting bearing.;SOLUTION: This machine is constituted of a main shaft 2 around which a sample bearing 1 is fitted, a main shaft support stand 3 on the base end side, a main shaft support stand 4 on the adjustment side, a load bearing mechanism part 8, a load loading device 12 and a rotational driving device 16. The main shaft support stand 3 is provided on a base 5, and one end of the main shaft 2 is fixed, to thereby enable free inclination for misalignment application to the sample bearing 1. The main shaft support stand 4 on the adjustment side is provided on the base 5, and the other end of the main shaft 2 is fixed, to thereby enable application of the inclination. The load bearing mechanism part 8 has an inward member 10 and an outward member 11 which are ring-shaped and rotatable across a rolling body 9, the inward member 10 is fitted around the sample bearing 1, and the inward member 10 is fitted on the circumference of the sample bearing 1. The load loading device 12 applies a load P1 in the radial direction orthogonal to the axis of the main shaft 2 to the outward member 11 of the load bearing mechanism part 8.
