Statistical solution work management system for quality problems and work management method using it

There is provided a system (100) for monitoring work procedure and managing the work progress when solving quality disorder problems of products of an enterprise. The system includes: [1] theme target registration means (41) for registering original data from terminals (1, 2) for solving the quality disorder problems and the analysis result data in a work management file; [2] target setting means (42); [3] disorder characteristic value quantization means (44); [4] first means for registering analysis based on the factor layer (45); [5] second means for registering analysis based on the factor layer (46); [6] factor analysis instruction registration means (47); [7] experiment evaluation instruction registration means (48); [8] multi-level experiment evaluation countermeasure registration means (49); [9] countermeasure evaluation check registration means (50); and [10] standard work instruction registration means (51). The system further includes procedure progress monitoring means (43) for monitoring whether the processes are performed in the order of means [1] to [10] and monitoring the work progress.
