PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aseismatic reinforced construction and vibration control construction of an existing building so that damage of a building is prevented from concentrating to a specific layer at earthquake and the construction can be easily executed without obstructing the flat surface planning and the like inside the building. ;SOLUTION: Rigid bar bodies 21 are arranged so as to extend in the vertical direction from the base part 13b of a building main body 13 along the top part 13c, the upper end parts and the lower end parts of the rigid bar bodies 21 are pin-jointed on the ground G side and the top part 13c side of the building main body 13, and a vibration control damper 26 is provided between at least one part of the center part of the rigid bar body 21 and the building main body 13. Hence at earthquake, difference of displacement generated between the building main body 13 and the rigid bar body 21 is utilized so as to give deformation to the vibration control damper 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
