PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy consumption rate calculation device calculating the energy consumption rate of each product accurately by acquiring energy consumption amount of the production facility, an energy consumption rate calculation method, and an energy management system using the energy consumption rate calculation device.;SOLUTION: An energy consumption rate calculation device 6 is provided with an energy amount acquisition part 31, a production amount acquisition part 33 and a calculation part 34. The energy amount acquisition part 31 acquires a unit energy consumption per time that is the energy consumption amount of a production line 1 consumed during predetermined unit time. The production amount acquisition part 33 acquires a unit production per time that is the amount of production of each product produced at the production line during the unit time.
