PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic and saturated norbornene-based resin composition providing a resin film having excellent solvent resistance and chemical resistance, and also having both of high physical characteristics and optical characteristics; and to provide the thermoplastic and saturated norbornene-based resin film, an optical film, a polarizing plate-protective film, a polarizing plate and a phase difference-compensating film.;SOLUTION: The thermoplastic and saturated norbornene-based resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic and saturated norbornene-based resin and 0.001-10 pts.wt. oil-repelling resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
