PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slow-acting nitrogenous fertilizer which is capable of controlling the elution speed of condensates of urea and aldehydes while maintaining its particle diameter constant, that elution speed has been conventionally mainly controlled by the particle diameter. PSOLUTION: The granular slow-acting nitrogenous fertilizer has a continuous phase containing the condensates of urea and the aldehydes and a dispersed phase containing an easily water-soluble substance, and in the fertilizer, the weight ratio of the continuous phase to the dispersed phase is 95/5 to 50/50.
