REPAIR METHOD FOR EXISTING FIREPROOF COATING BY USE OF INORGANIC AND HARD FIREPROOF FORMED PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for existing fireproof coating for improving construction efficiency and reducing amount of existing fireproof coating to be scraped off.;SOLUTION: A required part of the existing fireproof coating 2 constructed on a steel member 1 by a spraying construction method or a plasterer construction method is removed to expose a steel member 2. A tip of a fixing pin 3 being longer than thickness of the existing fireproof coating 2 and having no locking part at a rear end is raised and welded on the exposed steel member 2. Next, a sleeve 4 for spacer being shorter than the fixing pin 3 and longer than thickness of the existing fireproof coating 2 is externally fitted into the welded fixing pin 3. Then, the rear end of the welded fixing pin 3 passes through the hard fireproof formed plate 5. After that, the locking part 6 for the fireproof formed plate 5 is applied to the rear end of the fixing pin 3 to bond the fireproof formed plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
