PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping fixing implement which prevents the generation of a noise etc. in construction, which can suppress propagation of a flow-down sound of drainage in a use state and which has good construction workability, and a piping installation structure and a piping installation method, using the piping fixing implement.;SOLUTION: A fixing implement body 24a, which is composed of a foamed resin material such as a foamed polystyrene, presents an annular shape which is formed in such a manner that its diameter is slightly larger in dimension than the height of an underfloor space 4. A top surface part 24c, which is curved along an outer peripheral surface 24b, of the surface 24b abuts on the undersurface side 2a of an underfloor board material 2, and an undersurface part 24d, which is curved along the surface 24b abuts on the top surface side 3a of a concrete slab 3, so that the fixing implement body can be elastically deformed in the radial direction of a circular ring and compressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
