PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional structures made of steel bars, steel frames or concrete designed and built mainly for giving taller structures and better exterior appearance by paying less attention to their strength; under these social situation, reinforced steel bars, steel frames or concrete structures are likely to be rotten almost in 30 years, and roof begins to leak and the structures themselves are unable to resist against earthquakes and are ruptured.;SOLUTION: The compressive strength of concrete is increased and the concrete is surely covered. Subsidence of ground is wider than the structure like an outrigger of a truck crane and reaction of the ground must be fully taken into account.
