PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique which is capable of easily managing duty circumstances of dispatched employees. SOLUTION: Duty data are managed integrally by a management center database 11 storing individual data including at least dispatching data for representing a dispatching source being the dispatching source of the dispatched employees and dispatched employee data for specifying the dispatched employees, and the duty data representing the duty circumstances for every dispatched employee. When log-in data including the same kind of data as the dispatching source data and dispatched employee data are input from outside, the dispatched employees are specified by using the inputted log-in data and individual data. The duty data of the individual data of the specified dispatched employees are read out from the management center database. When the data representing the duty circumstances are inputted from the outside, this data and the duty data being read out from the management center database are added up to derive the latest duty data.
