PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan device having a vibration damping property capable of being reduced for the vibration to be generated with a simple construction as less as possible.;SOLUTION: The oil pan device 11 has an oil pan main body 13 to store engine oil, and a baffle plate 16 arranged above engine oil.
