PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the automation when automatically processing a typical operation by a computer.;SOLUTION: A procedure to specify a typical operation by a computer by arbitrarily combining a task to start a local command having a user interface, a task to start a remote command to be executed in the background, a task requiring an operator operation and a task to start re-execution from tasks preset as attributes is registered in a database 30A. Meantime, a procedure execution part 30B reads a procedure from the database 30A, and monitors the execution of the tasks being the configuring elements.
