PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the injection speed of an impregnation resin constant and prevent the generations of voids and drops by a gas, by connecting in series and communicating a resin vessel, an injection die vessel and a vacuum pump to each other to make simultaneously the resin vessel and injection die vessel through exhausting their inside airs, and by injecting thereafter the impregnation resin into a forming die. ;SOLUTION: Bringing simultaneously the insides of an injection die vessel 4 and a resin vessel 2 into vacuous states, an impregnation resin 1 is injected into an armature winding 6 held in a forming die 5. Thereby, since the insides of the injection die vessel 4 and the resin vessel 2 for storing the impregnation resin 1 therein are made vacuous, a gas component is scarcely entrapped in the impregnation resin 1 injected into the forming die 5. Therefore, the gas component can be suppressed to its minimum to make the generations of voids and drops by the gas preventable. Also, the pressure difference between the resin vessel 2 and injection die vessel 4 can be controlled by the operation of a resin-vessel leaking valve 21, and the injection speed of the impregnation resin 1 can be held constant by the operation of a resin injection valve 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
