And the wall face 4 is attached to a slab 1-A or a column 1-B through the anchor 3 at the fastener 2 fixed in advance to the body to fix the wall of the slab 1-A or the column 1-B so that the boundary condition of the support point is mechanically loose in the in-plane direction of the wall face 4 and mechanically rigid in the out-of-plane direction. Since the anchor support point supports the external force on the wall face in the inside of the wall face where the deflection is large, the deflection of the wall face 4 becomes small and the moment in the inside of wall face is canceled with plus and minus sides between the support points, the resistance moment gets small and hence it is favorable mechanically.
