PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack type curable solvent-free adhesive which can be used to produce a laminated composite film laminated with a barrier layer and a plastic film, can be sterilized at a high temperature while keeping the adhesive strength, can adjust adequately the reaction between a main ingredient and a curing agent to produce the laminated composite film, and secures good workability; and a two-pack type curable solvent-free adhesive composition for use in the same.;SOLUTION: The two-pack type curable solvent-free adhesive comprises a main ingredient and a curing agent in such a rate that a value of formula (1) may be ten or more and eighty or less, wherein the main ingredient comprises a polyol compound which has a secondary or tertiary terminal hydroxy group by 30% or more relative to all the terminal hydroxy groups and at least one acid group in the molecule; and the curing agent comprises, for example, an aliphatic diisocyanate or the modified product by 99-20 pts. wt. and an aromatic aliphatic diisocyanate or the modified product by 1-80 pts. wt.
