PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveying landed cuttlefishes in a state as fresh as possible and preserving in a living state so as to provide them on the table of guests, since needs for a fresh cuttlefish cooking in living fish restaurants, food service industry and general households are very large.;SOLUTION: This method for conveying the cuttlefishes in a water container of a boat or vehicle, or preserving them in the living state in the water container of the restaurants, etc., is provided by cutting out an ink sack of the live cuttlefish in advance and discharging the ink. Thereby, since the cuttlefishes do not spurt the ink, and the ink does not prohibit the respiration activity of the cuttlefishes by attaching to the gill for cuttlefish respiration in water, the cuttlefishes in the water container can live for a long period of time in a fresh state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
