PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation protection foil structure which can secure security against undesirable operation while securing rearrangement possibility. PSOLUTION: For the infringement on an upper region (203b) of a foil layer (203) by a laser beam (204), a lower region (203a) is remained to be undamaged. While making a weakening line by a laser action, a foil weakening to some extent can be controlled more practically and accurately compared to a conventional punching and cutting process for making a weakening line. However, as soon as an adhesive agent (202) becomes effective, the foil structure can no longer be removed without a residual. By the infringement on the foil layer (203), it receives an influence that it is certain to be torn apart to the extent of adhesion compound material not being able to restrain during the operation trial.
