PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of appropriately deciding loadings of a plurality of kinds of raw materials so as to be able to stably obtain a compound that can give a product provided with desired quality and material.;SOLUTION: A temporary loading deciding means 26 decides the temporary loadings of each raw material to be mixed, meanwhile, a predicted value operating means 28 calculates the maximum predicted value and the minimum predicted value of a control component within the each raw material in each different control component on the basis of raw material data of the each raw material acquired by an acquiring means 20, a correction value deciding means 30 further decides a correction value for correcting at least either the maximum predicted value or the minimum predicted value so that at least the maximum predicted value may be a value within the range between the upper limit target value and the lower limit target value decided by a target value deciding means 24, and a loading deciding means 32 calculates the correction quantity of the temporary loading on the basis of such a correction value and respectively decides the loading of each of raw materials needed to obtain a target compound from the correction quantity and temporary loadings.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
